Mrs. Katie’s class tried green eggs and ham today! We listened to the story by Dr. Seuss, talked about rhyming words and the -am word family and predicted whether or not we would like green eggs! Most of us really did like them!

The month of March is set aside to recognize the arts in our schools. This month we are celebrating the creative arts and those educators who inspire and engage our students in music, visual arts, media arts, theatre, and film. BIG THANKS for all your hard work! Fine arts performances at the FAC this month include: ULHS Chorus on March 7 at 7 PM and ULHS Symphonic Band on March 12 at 7 PM. Both concerts are free to attend.

Mrs. Katie’s class used their imaginations today to think about where they would most love to visit and to make hot air balloons! We also worked on beginning sounds and breaking apart words on our active board.
