Our Prek students had a fun, hands-on snack activity where they made “Worms in Dirt.” They crushed chocolate and vanilla sandwich cookies to create the “dirt,” then layered it with creamy pudding in cups. To finish, they added gummy worms on top and throughout the layers. The activity encouraged creativity, sensory exploration, and fine motor skills while giving the children a tasty treat they were proud to make themselves.
