Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are excited to introduce a new initiative aimed at enhancing our students' well-being and academic performance. Starting next week, Dr. Brown’s class will include a 20-30 minute physical activity segment on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This time will be dedicated to light physical exercises designed to provide a healthy brain break, helping students re-energize and refocus for the remainder of the day.
Participation in this physical activity is optional. If your child prefers not to participate, they will have the opportunity to continue their studies in another classroom, where they can work on their Edgenuity assignments.
The physical activity may include exercises such as stretching, light cardio, or group games that promote movement and teamwork. We believe this initiative will contribute positively to both the physical and mental health of our students.
